Physical handouts for an event, register-side cards for your retail counter, or certificates to slip into an envelope: download any batch as a print-ready PDF. Choose wallet layout (8 cards per page with cut marks) or a one-per-page certificate, on Letter or A4 paper.

Scannable at the register, branded like your store

Every card carries a QR code that scans directly at Shopify POS, plus the full code printed for manual entry. Cards use your logo and accent color from Brand settings, with three design styles (band, stub, and minimal) so the printed card matches your store, not ours.

How It Works

Set your branding once

Add your logo and accent color in Settings under Branding. A live preview shows exactly how printed cards will look.

Open a batch and click Download PDF cards

From any batch detail page, open the PDF options. Paper size defaults to Letter or A4 based on your store country.

Pick a layout and style

Choose wallet (8 per page) or certificate (one per page), and one of three design styles. Thumbnails show each option before you download.

Print and hand out

Print the PDF, cut along the marks for wallet cards, and hand them out. Recipients redeem online with the code or in person with a QR scan at Shopify POS.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which plans include printable gift cards?
Printable PDF gift cards are included on the Business plan ($24.99/mo), alongside unlimited monthly cards and URL import.
Do the QR codes work at Shopify POS?
Yes. Each QR code uses Shopify's gift card format, so scanning it at Shopify POS applies the card at checkout the same as swiping a plastic card. Recipients can also redeem online by entering the printed code.
Is it safe to generate a file with full codes in it?
The PDF contains live gift card codes, so treat it like cash. BatchCard streams the file directly to your download and never stores a copy. A warning in the download dialog says exactly that, every time.
What if my logo does not look right on my accent color?
BatchCard checks contrast for you. It picks the readable version of your logo for each surface, supports a second logo for dark backgrounds, and falls back to your store name in clean text rather than printing an invisible logo.
