What are the code format requirements?
Codes must be 8-20 characters long, using letters and numbers. Your prefix counts toward the total length. Shopify requires at least 8 characters for security.
Can I use both a prefix and suffix?
Yes. Set a prefix like HOLIDAY and a suffix like 2026. The random portion fills the middle. Total code length still must be 8-20 characters.
